Rob Bowen, of The Bowen Design Group, brought SMARTSolutions on to this downtown St. Pete penthouse project to help integrate technology into the space without distracting from Rob’s high-end modern design.  Rob was looking for a whole home automation system to control the client’s entertainment and smart home systems. SMARTSolutions made sure the design fit the client’s needs for any occasion, whether that would be entertaining guests or having family game night.

To provide immersive, whole home audio without impacting the modern design, SMARTSolutions installed Sonance architectural and invisible speakers ensuring an aesthetically pleasing sound system throughout the home. Lutron shades, drapes and Lutron Ketra lighting were installed to ensure the owner can customize the home’s lighting and create privacy day or night. SMARTSolutions was able to integrate all of the systems using an ELAN Control System to ensure ease and convenience for the owner.
